PQC led Adaptimmune’s overall Technology Transfer of CAR-T manufacturing process from their CMO (Minaris AT) and methods from their UK PAD labs to new purpose build Philadelphia Navy Yard facility including process, methods, training, qualification, and knowledge development of 25 staff and development of cleanroom sanitization program and training of 12 new aseptic CT operators
Accelerated first-patient dosing in Phase 2 trial to under 12 months (recovering from 6-month delay after architecture handover) and delivered project $1.2M under budget through targeted leadership, process improvements, and up-skilling then qualifying the new manufacturing team.
